Founder of Thinking People and Senior Advisor in Sustainable Enterprise, Rose cares about developing human potential to solve problems that matter. With a background in industrial engineering, learning and development, education, consulting, publishing and business leadership, her area of interest is connecting sustainable ambitions with on-the-ground action for a better future. She spent more than 25 years in various industry and public sectors and coached 120+ micro through to multinational enterprises in Africa, United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Asia and India in transformation. She is the author of Clear Direction, Making a Difference and Becoming a Sustainable Enterprise among other publications on lean and sustainability. She continues to research new ways of applying fundamental improvement principles to tackle issues of our time.
