Sergey Litti is Doctor of Science in Management and teaches at the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration of the Russian Federation (Moscow).
He has been ranked among Top 100 best managers of manufacturing enterprises.
Sergey has over 18 years’ experience in improving business efficiency processes using Lean and Business Process Management.
For 10 years, he has been the Head of Lean office, Quality Manager, Corporate Development Manager in various companies, including major manufacturing companies.
Furthermore, he was the leader of the winning team, which was awarded the cup at the competition named in honour of Alexey Gastev (the founder of the Soviet Institute of Labour) for excellent performance in improving productivity and quality.
