Santa Rožkalna has been working in HR for almost 10 years, of which the last 5 years – as HR manager at Solvay. Solvay is a global high-tech and chemicals company, and it has an administrative support centre with 180 employees in Latvia. Santa has studied political science and HR management both in Latvia and France, and she has recently started business management studies. Santa has also been the head of HR service department for Solvay global businesses. It has helped her understand the difference between administrative human resources and business human resources.
