Intars Geidāns has been working in the field of manufacturing and supply chains for impressive 28 years. He started with flour products, whereas the last 9 years have been dedicated to the alcohol industry. His first encounter with Lean happened in 2006, however, he truly learned and grasped the concept only in 2011 after Michael Fuchs’ training. Intars is the follower of TOC methodology. His present job enables him to implement his ideas and convictions in real-life situations.
