In his daily work, amongst other things, Andris Pētersons has to ensure efficient execution of transaction products and service processes striving for automation, employing his colleagues’ competencies and the available technologies and tapping into the potential of new technologies and new approaches (methods).
Andris’ work is related to the possibility of introducing robotic solutions, implementing automation-driven process flow changes E2E (End to End) and in daily operations, and introducing streamlined solutions for increasingly flexible customer needs in a rapidly changing market environment by cooperating with product management, transaction service and IT organisations.
He believes that the environment of process optimisation and streamlining in an organisation is the cornerstone for any automation and efficiency improvement efforts. In order to fully harness the expanding technological capabilities, implementation of solutions should go hand in hand with continuous improvements and the desire to accomplish it at all organisational levels.
Andris feels honoured to present at the Business Efficiency Forum 2019 and speak about automation of business processes, robotisation and continuous improvements.
