Adrian is a Director of B2Exc Consulting from Chile, Mechanical Engineer and International MBA. He worked as a manager at the national level for a Chilean brewing company (VSPT Wine Group, CCU, Nestle Waters), and he successfully integrated the Heineken model. Additionally, Adrian worked as a Plant Manager at Nestle Waters. For the last 15 years, he has been working in diverse areas such as wineries, breweries, soft drinks, and water, specifically in management of production plants and Supply Chain.
He works as a lecturer at the University of Talca, Chile, in the Industrial Engineering program, especially in the course on “continuous improvement”, and he mentors final projects of the course.
